Vision behind sosouth
When I founded SOSouth,my vision was clear: to bring the rich and authentic flavors of South India to homes . Growing up in a middle class north indian family i was not very aware about the authentic flavours of South Indian food and the kind of variety we can cheish in this particular cuisine. But was in 2017 when i went to Chennai that i tasted the original flavours and the different kind of varieties that comes in south indian cuisine
My goal has always been to ensure that everyone, no matter where they are, can enjoy the taste and quality that SOSouth stands for. From humble beginnings, I set out to make SOSouth a household name, and the journey has been nothing short of incredible
Prepration Behind The Startup
Preparing a small startup is certainly not easy. It requires a blend of passion, perseverance, and a willingness to navigate the inevitable challenges that come your way. From developing a solid business plan to securing funding and building a brand, each step demands careful planning and relentless effort.
Being from a business family background is always knew in my heart that i will do something on my own but never really had the clarity about what can be done. After spending a good enough time in south i understood the pallets of spices and flavours which became USP of my brand. For deeper research and understanding i went for a three month apprenticeship in a small startup in Coimbatore. This journey gave me a better understanding of the commercial dynamics of this business.
