Masala Idli Fry

Masala Idli Fry: Masala idlis is one of the easiest and quickest breakfast recipes you can ever try with little pre planning. Make idlis before hand. Just cut the idlis in two pieces . put oil or ghee in a pan. Add some mustard seeds,curry patta and Idli podi powder(optional) and put the cut idlis in the tadka. Saute for two mintues and your masala fried ldlis are ready. Enjoy it with coconut chutney.
